Strident Class Heavy Frigate
The Strident Class Heavy Frigate represents the culmination of everything learned from captured Covenant technology. Sporting the strongest MAC ever fitted onto a ship of its size, 94B1E6/MAC is considered the apex of miniaturized MAC technology just falling short of matching the power of those mounted on light cruisers. The Strident is designed to be easy to build and act as a rapid-response vessel, bringing its heavy firepower to any battlefield that requires it.
Valiant Super-Heavy Cruiser
Introduced as a compromise between a Cruiser and a Battleship, it is equipped with incredible amounts of lighter-tier weapons such as missiles rather than battleship-scale guns. Heavily armed, versatile, and capable of engaging a group of opponents at once, they became a favorite of admirals and frequently served as flagships for prestigious fleets.
Artemis Battlecruiser
A powerful ship for its size, the Artemis Class Battlecruiser is based off the frame of a Marathon-class heavy cruiser heavily modified to accommodate two 38G1S2 Series-6 Super MACs which essentially are a mobile model of the 14D4A1/MAC fitted onto Moncton-class orbital weapon platforms. As a result, it shares its cousin's emphasis on speed and firepower at the expense of durability. These qualities make it uniquely suited to the role of artillery, staying away from the thick of combat to pick off opposing capital ships. Their advanced sensors and array of stealth technologies allow them to find success as a heavy patrol ship, searching systems with low intelligence to hunt for valuable Covenant commanders.
